At OORJA & CO., we take great pride in the quality and energy of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you find the right fit or provide a solution.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (if applicable).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

Gift cards.
4. Exchange Options
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges!

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will ship the replacement to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at jishan.gahlot@gmail.com.

Include clear photos of the damage and your order number.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Refund Timing: It typically takes  5–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), OORJA & CO. will cover all shipping costs.

General Returns/Exchanges: For size changes or change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply email us at jishan.gahlot@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
